If your question concerns a booking you have already made — a change of date, a cancellation, a pickup point — please contact the tour operator or GetYourGuide directly. We are an independent guide, not a tour operator, and cannot see your booking. We do not sell entrance tickets to Sigiriya either; those are bought at the official counter at the site.
